The Wedding Photography Package

Erin Kate has three standard wedding photography packages that she offers.  She has found that most couples choose one of these packages but she welcomes any special package requests.  Erin Kate will gladly help you create a custom package that will best fit your wedding day.  Please contact Erin Kate to have the wedding photography package information and contracts sent to you.


Reserving Erin Kate

A $500 non-refundable retainer fee is required to reserve Erin Kate to photograph your wedding.  This fee is applied to your wedding photography balance.  The balance is due four weeks prior to your wedding date.

Checks, Cash, and Credit Cards are accepted.


The Wedding Day

Erin Kate offers complete coverage of your wedding day from getting ready at the salon to the last moments of your reception.  For the smoothest day of photography coverage she recommends that all organized photo sessions (the bride + groom, bridal party, and family groupings) be completed before the ceremony. 

Erin Kate prides herself on her unobtrusive, journalistic style of photography which allows her to capture special moments between couples without being noticed.





The Engagement Session

All wedding packages include a complementary engagement session.  This session is a great way for couples to get comfortable in front of the camera before their big day. 

Erin Kate's engagement sessions are FUN!  They are usually 1 - 1.5 hours in length at a location or your choice.  She loves to get to know her couples a bit before the session by having them complete a questionnaire.

For your engagement session Erin Kate suggests that you wear clothes that complement each other but are not matching.  She also suggests that you avoid loud prints and logos that will distract from the two of you.  Most important...wear something that you are comfortable in.


The Destination Wedding : Travel

Erin Kate is available for travel worldwide.  She is a seasoned traveler and has lived abroad in the Caribbean, the UK, and Europe.  Erin Kate lives in Salt Lake City, and spends a large part of the year in San Diego.





Portaits

Erin Kate has a limited number of spots available each year for portraits sessions including boudoir, headshots, pets, and families.  These sessions are typically 1 - 1.5 hours in length and at a location of your choice.  Each portrait package includes the high-resolution files and various products.  Please contact Erin Kate for more information.


Products

The Online Gallery

This is a private, password protected gallery page containing all images from your event.  The gallery is available 24/7 for you, and your friends and family to view images and order products.  Your images will be posted online within 4-6 weeks from your event day.  It is complementary with any photo session.


The Digital Negatives

The high-resolution digital files are available in Erin Kate's wedding packages.  Erin Kate does retain the copyright to all images and may use them for portfolio/promotional purposes as needed.


The Album

Erin Kate's album design is modern, classic, and timeless.  Erin Kate personally designs your wedding album for you.  You are welcome to make any changes to your album before it goes to print.  The images are retouched and are printed directly onto the pages of the album.

Erin Kate believes there is always something to learn and will continue to master her craft by taking advanced classes and attending photography workshops.
