Sebastian and I are going to Paris, Portugal, and Madeira Island! I'm so excited to be visiting the homeland (Madeira) of my dad's family. We will be driving up the coast of Portugal enjoying some surfing and definitely some Port. We will visit the town of Gouveia (my last name) before we head over to Madeira where we will explore the towns where my grandparents grew up. Then it will be off to Paris for our anniversary!!!

I'm so excited to say that one of my photographs received an Honorable Mention in the Wedding Photography Directory photo contest. So out of over 3000 entries my image placed in the top ten!!! So excited and honored. A big thank you to all of those who took the time to vote for my image!

I met Jesse and his mom at a location where he loves to bodyboard and surf...the Oceanside Pier. Jesse is thinking of getting into modeling and just got his braces off...so what better time for a little photo session! I had a great time with Jesse and his mom, Lisa! It was great to see you again!

It was so great to see the Hoff's again last weekend. I photographed Christian, Melissa, and Elizabeth about two years ago in NYC. This time I headed to the west coast just outside of San Diego to meet Eli, Erika, and their newest addition...little Evelyn!
