I've been to Moab a couple of times but have never seen Delicate Arch. Last weekend we were down south and I made the hike.

Laura and Sam decided to start their photo session at their 9th and 9th bungalow. It was so fun capturing them at home with their cat and dog. We continued on to nearby Liberty Park so we could get photographs of Laura and Sam's favorite way to spend time together...riding bikes!
Laura and Sam...thank you for choosing me to be your photographer! I can't wait for you big day next summer!

Thanks Erin! The pictures really represent us and show our everyday life. And you are right, what a great way to get used to being in front of the camera. :)

If you are looking for your wedding dress I recommend you visit Alta Moda. This bridal boutique carries the most amazing designer gowns and has a warm, friendly staff. I'd love to marry my husband again so I could have the Alta Moda experience!
Today, the Alta Moda blog is featuring the images from Laura and Sam's engagement session (my previous blog entry).
Laura is an Alta Moda bride and had this to say... "They are so great to work with! I love those girls! I am not the most "girlie" person out there, but they made the process so easy!"
So if you haven't found your bridal gown yet, visit Alta Moda. And if you have a an old photograph of your parents, think about recreating it. I'm sure your parent's will love it!
Here is an image from my parent's wedding that I love (1958)...

When I first arrived at Laura and Sam's house for their engagement session, Laura said she had an idea. Laura had a photograph of her parents that she wanted to try to re-create with her and Sam.
I think our attempt turned out perfect! What do you think?
